Every gram counts

  • Multifunctional particle foam such as expanded polypropylene (EPP) or Piocelan effectively reduce vehicle weight and therefore, energy consumption.
  • EPP and Piocelan improve passenger safety with their sturdiness and excellent energy absorption properties.
  • Low-emission, resistant to oils and chemicals and highly recyclable.
  • Vehicle applications: bumpers, wheel housings, rear seats, filler parts, knee bolsters, seat reinforcements, roof panels, headrests, armrests and trunk inlays.
