As a wholly owned subsidiary, the Proseat Group is subject to the applicable compliance regulations and code of conduct of the Brose Sitech Group.

Compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and ethical standards is of the highest priority for Proseat. All employees, business partners, and other stakeholders are required to adhere to these principles. For the reporting of actual or potential violations thereof or of the Code of Conduct, the Brose Sitech Group provides a central whistleblowing system.

This system enables reports to be submitted confidentially and, if desired, anonymously.
